Last year there were 133 fire deaths in our province. This is the highest number of fire fatalities in the province of Ontario since 2002. Working smoke alarms, fire safe behaviour at home and escape planning are important for all and can save lives. This Thursday, September 28th, is "Test your Smoke Alarm Day, " where we are all reminded to test our home fire alarms.
By working together, we can reduce fire deaths.
